1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Web Hub Code ("we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of the webhubcode.com website (the "Site"), as well as any services or digital products offered.
2. Services vs. Digital Products
Our Site offers both professional services and digital products.
- Professional Services: Our custom development services (including web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and SAAS setup) are governed by a separate Client Agreement or Statement of Work.
- Digital Products: Your purchase and use of any digital software, scripts, or products from our Site (e.g., from webhub.shop) are governed by our Software License Agreement. All sales of digital products are final as stated in the license agreement.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its original content (including text, logos, blog posts, and graphics) are the property of Web Hub Code and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Our digital products (scripts) are licensed to you, not sold, as per our Software License Agreement.
4. User Obligations
By using this Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Site or our digital products.
- Distribute, resell, or share our digital products in violation of their license.

6. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the state of West Bengal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
